I love spring break relaxing sleeping in and not rushing to get things done in the morning!! Today we went hiking at the White Tanks. They have changed the trail a lot to it wasn't exactly hiking more of a leisurely stroll but the kids still enjoyed themselves. The waterfall was more of a trickle but that didn't stop the kids from hiking up to the edge of the waterfall and being extremely happy when they made it up :) While hiking up we managed to see a Chuckawalla which is a Desert Iguana perched up on a rock. The most interesting was the rattlesnake that was coiled up in a bush as we approached to get a picture it started rattling its tail we took that opportunity to leave. Chris did manage to get one picture but it was a little blurry.
